After waiting in her room no contact was made.We spoke to other managers about what had happened at River's insistence as he wanted to resolve the matter for us.

My sister-in-law went to the desk herself and was told she would be contacted over the incident. I was met by a bland I'm sorry nothing I can do,she'll have to fill in an incident report. I complained about not having the use of a pool and what had happened to my sister-in-law. Later I reported the incident to the desk staff who brought out another manager. When my wife told the manager who was present what had happened his response was far from sympathetic. It wasn't closed however until after my sister-in-law was injured by a flying sun bed. The sixth floor pool in the other block is open ,but when we were there high winds eventually closed it due to umbrellas and sun beds flying around. Why this isn't free for guests is anyone's guess. As we only wanted to use it for a couple of hours we didn't want to pay. Be aware that the pool is run by a separate company and you will have to pay when they have pool parties on Friday and Saturday.

If he hasn't been promoted he should be.Even though it's off the Strip it's easy to get around using their shuttle to Caesars or Lyft and Uber. We were greeted by River who throughout our stay was exceptionally helpful. We went to Vegas for a special Birthday of my wife's.
